Tickets for Standon Calling 2019 are available now via our Tickets Page.
We’re now sold out of Tier 1, 2 & 3 tickets. Tier 4 tickets are priced as per below, plus booking fees:

We do not work with any secondary ticketing websites, please do not purchase tickets for Standon Calling 2019 from any websites that are not our listed official suppliers.
In particular, do not purchase tickets from the websites below as your ticket(s) will not be valid:
We work hard to ensure fraudulent tickets are taken down, however sometimes it takes a bit of time to get ticket listings taken down.
If you have purchased tickets from Viagogo or any other secondary ticketing websites please contact them directly to request a refund.
As a thank you for the support of the local community, we offer a limited number of discounted Local Tickets to residents of villages surrounding the festival.
Please visit our Local Info page to see if you qualify as a local and where to purchase your tickets from.
Depending on which ticket agent you have purchased through, if you can no longer attend the festival you can transfer your tickets to another person.
Log in to your Universe account here, you will then be able to transfer your ticket by providing the new attendees name and email address.
Cool Off Period
We understand buying a festival ticket is a big commitment and usually involves organising a group of friends or family. That’s why we’re now offering a 72 hour ‘cooling off’ period if you buy your ticket via our website. So, if you change your mind within 72 hours of your purchase simply drop us a line at email@example.com and we’ll refund your order.
Please note that our ‘cooling off period’ is not applicable on tickets purchased between July 1st – July 28th 2019.

Thursday 25th July: 12:00 – 23:00
Friday 26th July: 09:00 – 23:00
Saturday 27th July: 09:00 – 23:00
Sunday 28th July: 09:00 – 22:00
You will need to present your festival ticket on arrival at the festival entrance. The barcode on your ticket will then be scanned and you will then receive your wristband which will grant entry to the festival. We’re a cashless festival, meaning you will use your unique wristband to purchase anything onsite.

Re-entry and Alcohol Policy
Once your ticket has been scanned and you have received your festival wristband you can exit and enter the festival as many times as you’d like.
Please bring any alcohol to be consumed in the campsites with you the first time you enter the festival. If you need to bring alcohol in on a subsequent entry, please speak to a member of staff before you first enter via the gate and ask for a pass confirming you have not yet brought alcohol onto site.
Only Weekend ticket holders camping on site can bring alcohol into the festival. Personal alcohol must be consumed in the campsites.
The alcohol allowance per person for 2018 is either:
- 12 cans of beer/lager/cider OR
- 75cl of spirits in a plastic container OR
- 2.25 litre box of unopened wine.
N.B No glass allowed on site.

If you purchased your tickets online, check any email accounts you have thoroughly for a confirmation email or your e-tickets, including your junk folder. If you cannot locate any correspondence from your ticket agent, contact them directly in the first instance.

If you have lost a physical paper/card ticket, please contact email@example.com attaching your receipt, and provide your full name and the email address you would have given at the time of purchase.
