Get ready for your summer festival holiday this July!
From baby sensory to immersive kids’ theatre, teen DJ workshops to main stage family entertainment to enjoy together, there is something for all ages at Standon Calling this summer.
In recent years our stages have welcomed Horrible Histories, Andy and The Odd Socks, Mr Bloom Live, Mr Motivator morning workouts and of course festival-favourites Dick & Dom with their infamous DJ Battle, to name a few.
Plus, take a swim, join the annual Saturday costume parade and watch the Sunday Dog Show entrants battle it out for waggiest tail!
Our full Family Programme and Line up, coming soon for 2023.
The Standon Calling Kids’ Area is on hand to provide non-stop fun throughout the weekend.
With dance, theatre, circus, music, arts, crafts, sensory play and fire camp storytelling there is so much to keep the babes occupied and create an unforgettable weekend with the family.
This is also your go-to for baby change and other practical bits and pieces to help your weekend run smoothly.
Woodland Tribe takeover an area of the woods to creative play and construction, Wild Wellbeing hosts family-friendly bushcraft, yoga and movement, while The Playing Fields bring silly games and challenges to spark the imaginations of your little ones.
Yes, that’s right – a festival with a swimming pool!
Refreshing when the sun is shining and heated when good ol’ British weather makes an appearance, take a dip Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday with 30 minute slots available to pre-book (coming soon!), as well as free-swim sessions.
Don’t forget your cossie!
Mortimer Nannies bring an experienced festival team to host ‘stay up late’ sessions each evening in their cosy HQ.
The Mortimer Tent is decked out with fairy lights, comfy snuggle pods and cushions so the children can relax, listen to a story, play a board game by torchlight or watch a movie.
The Mortimer Team is comprised of fully-qualified nannies and DBS checked assistants. With generous adult to child ratios and decades of experience between them, you can feast, relax, pamper or party the night away, safe in the knowledge that your little ones are having a wonderful time too.
These sessions are suitable for children aged 2 years and over, however if you do have a younger child , or would like a later night, we also have private ‘in tent’ Nannies available. Please email info@mortimernannies.co.uk for a booking form, numbers are limited.
