As of Tuesday 20th July 5pm…
Over 14,000 of you have started the PCCP.
Over 1,000 of you have started the Video-Recorded testing.
Over 1000 tests reviewed and QR codes in hand.
This is an incredible collective achievement. Thank you all for participating in this huge collaborative effort to keep Standon Calling safe this weekend.
We are aware that there are teething problems. We know this is frustrating. Please bear with us as we’re operating in the absence of any formal government guidance which is why we’re taking this route ensuring the highest possible level of on site safety.
In short, we’re in uncharted territory and there are issues that have arisen that we never predicted. To help ease pressure all round, we’ve made some important updates to the process which you can find clearly outlined below.
If you have received an email from Weezevent with the subject line ‘Important: Standon Calling Pre-event Covid Certification Process’ regardless of when you received it and the dates that were communicated, you can still start and finish the PCCP at home.
All deadlines have been lifted. Regardless of ticket agent or ticket type.
The only timeframes you need to know of are relating to the testing window. See graphic below.
We strongly advise you follow the PCCP if you can do this to avoid queuing for on site testing.
If you purchase a ticket after 12pm Midday Wednesday 21st July, or you’ve purchased second hand ticket from someone else, you won’t receive the PCCP email from Weezevent and you will need to test on site at our on site lateral flow test centre.
Don’t despair! We’ve created a handy troubleshooting guide at the bottom of this page. We’re getting through our inbox as quickly as possible but we will have a lot of emails.
We hope that the information on this page will help address some of these issues.
If you purchase your ticket after 12pm Midday Wednesday 21st July, or you’ve purchased second hand ticket from someone else, or you’re still having trouble after following the troubleshooting guide – DON’T PANIC!
• There are on site testing facilities available
• Testing on site will cost £4 unless you’ve paid the £4 already when signing up for the PCCP, in which case please bring your payment confirmation email as proof of payment.
Testing on site will have long queues (2hrs+). We strongly recommend turning up as early as possible on your day of arrival.
We understand that the unpredictable nature of Covid and the world we’re living in has thrown up a lot of ticket queries.
While the festival itself will feel like a normal year, the processes that the entire Standon Calling team are dealing with are complex.
What that means for you as ticket holders is that the usual flexible ticket policies surrounding ticket transfers and rollovers are stricter this year. It’s not our usual style, but we hope you understand the ever changing challenges we’re dealing with.
We have also had to take tickets on and off sale for various reasons relating to the PCCP.
Tickets are now back on sale for the final time until 12pm Wednesday 21st July. This is a hard and final deadline.
Ticket transfers are no longer possible as communicated to all customers last week. The reasons are long, complicated and boring. We tried hard to work around this to enable it and we just can’t. Sorry.
Tickets are on sale here until 12pm Wednesday 21st July.
If you buy tickets at this point, you won’t be able to do the PCCP, you must test on site.
If you choose to buy / sell a ticket from someone you don’t know, it is your responsibility to make sure the person you are buying / selling from is legitimate.
We recommend reading our troubleshooter guide below as some ticket holders are able to change the names on tickets.
Standon Calling are not responsible for any fraudulent ticket purchases that are not through our approved Ticket agents.
Be careful as there are scammers about.
You are eligible for a rollover to Standon Calling 2022 if you have been ‘pinged’ or tested positive for Covid. You will need to submit evidence of this.
The deadline to submit ticket rollover requests for 2022 is Wednesday 21st July 12pm. After this point, we will not be accepting any more rollover requests.
Please email covidcertification@standon-calling.com with ‘SC21 rollover request isolation’ and your name in the subject line. Please provide as much information as possible including:
We are not able to refund tickets. If you wish to rollover, please follow the instructions above.
Please check your spam folder.
If you still can’t find it, please ask your other party members to check their inboxes.
If you are a latecomer or your ticket isn’t in your name you will need to test on site.
Please refer back to your Weezevent form and ensure the correct email addresses have been submitted. If any email addresses are incorrect please edit accordingly by clicking the link in your email again.
Please ensure each ticket barcode number is correctly assigned to the appropriate barcode number that appears on your festival.
This is essential should any ticket holder test positive and have their ticket automatically rolled over to 2022. If your tickets are not yet assigned to each particular ticket holder (and are all under the name of the lead booker), you can assign them when you enter your details on Weezevent 🙂
Only if the issue continues please get in touch with covidcertification@standon-calling.com with the following details:
Please refer back to your Weezevent form and amend any details necessary. This will update your party’s details, but won’t resend the tokens to any party members who have not yet received them. As each party gets sent the same 6-digit code, please get the token code from your other group members.
Please ensure each ticket barcode number is correctly assigned to the appropriate ticket holder. The lead booker can manually change the ticket holders names in both Kaboodle & Universe by logging into their account.
Please bear in mind that as the ticket has not been officially transferred it is still the legal responsibility of the original ticket holder to fill out the Weezevent form on behalf of the new ticket holder and pay for the PCCP.
Buyers and sellers who do not know one another should take note.
We’ve spoken to our payment provider about this and they’ve advised us that this should no longer be an issue so please try again now.
If you’re still having issues please try and again in an hour, and try using a different web browser or device.
Please contact support@certific.co
As long as you haven’t come into contact with them and you get a negative LFT results (either via the PCCP or on site) you can still attend.
Anyone who has been ‘pinged’ must follow the government guidelines to isolate.
If they wish to rollover their tickets to 2022 and have missed the rollover deadline of Wednesday 21st July then they must provide evidence of their isolation window falling over the festival dates.
