We went to Glastonbury this year and caught some of the acts that are heading to Standon Lordship – find some highlights below!

Lewis Capaldi

Known now for his extravagant entrances, Glastonbury was no exception. Dressed in a t-shirt with Noel Gallgher in a love heart, combined with the look of a green parker and a bucket hat to the tune of ‘Here Comes The Money” – it was one to be remembered. We were absolutely blown away by his incredible voice and cannot wait to see him in just 22 days time.

Having sold out Ally Pally just the day before in only 24 hours, IDLES took ownership over the Park Stage and proved themselves to be future headliners to a packed crowd chanting every word. They headline our Laundry Meadows stage on the Friday night and we will be RIGHT at the front!

One of our must see acts for 2019, JGrrey is slowly making a name for herself. She’s written with Lily Allen and says she got into the music industry by accident – we think she is here to stay. Joining a whole host of upcoming acts, including Connie Constance and Kaleem Taylor, find her on our BBC Introducing Stage.

Friendly Fires

And finally – Friendly Fires return to standon a whole 10 years after they first graced our stage and if that set is anything to go by we are in for a treat. Making a triumphant return to the limelight last year, we just had to make them our special guests for 2019. Get those dancing skills on point because we know that Ed and co will be bringing the moves.
