New for 2023!

There are two different pitch sizes for Live-In Vehicles so you don’t have to squeeze! Choose between:

• Standard pitch (8m x 6m)
• Large pitch (8m x 12m)

The Live-In Vehicle field is a dedicated field for vehicles only. Live-In Vehicle’s are not permitted into any other campsites across the festival. Caravans and trailer tents are permitted, but towing vehicles must be parked in the car park (for free, with your live-in-vehicle pass) once you have set up camp.

Important! Pitched tents are not permitted in the Live-In Vehicles field.

Power Hooks Ups are available to purchase separately. The minimum Power Hook Up cable length we recommend is 30m. Please note you will need to buy both a Live-In Vehicle ticket and a Power Hook Up ticket if you wish to have power.

Power Hook Up is only available in the Live-In Vehicle field and not other campsites.

Please note, your Live-In Vehicle pass does not include entry to the festival. Every person in your party will need their own General Camping Weekend ticket.

On Arrival

Please familiarise yourself with the arrival process below and note that the arrival process differs depending on the type of Live-In Vehicle you are bringing to Standon Calling.

Campervan

On arrival, you can drive your Campervan into the Live-In Vehicle field and you will be directed to a powered / non-powered pitch (depending on whether you have booked a Power Hook Up). Once sited, you can then get your festival wristbands from the Live-In Vehicle gate!

Caravan

On arrival, you can drive your towing vehicle into the Live-In Vehicle field and you will be directed to a powered / non-powered pitch (depending on whether you have booked a Power Hook Up). As soon as you are sited, you must uncouple your caravan and move the towing vehicle to the car park (at no additional cost). You can then get your festival wristbands from the Live-In Vehicle gate!

Trailer Tent

On arrival, you can drive your towing vehicle into the Live-In Vehicle field and you will be directed to a powered / non-powered pitch (depending on whether you have booked a Power Hook Up). As soon as you are sited, you must uncouple your trailer tent and move the towing vehicle to the car park (at no additional cost). You can then get your festival wristbands from the Live-In Vehicle gate!

Tents

To ensure the safety of all attendees, pitched tents are not permitted in the Live-In Vehicle field. Refunds will not be provided if you purchase a Live-In Vehicle pass and do not have a Live-In Vehicle.

One ‘pup tent’ is permitted per pitch, providing it is accompanied by a Live-In Vehicle. Your Live-In Vehicle, ‘pup’ tent and awning must all fit within your chosen pitch size.

Arriving with friends

It’s possible to have your live-in vehicles sited next to each other if you are arriving with friends. You must both have the same plot type in order to facilitate this – please be aware there are four different plot types:

• Live-vehicle standard (8x6m) – no power

• Live-vehicle standard (8x6m) – with power

• Live-vehicle large (8x12m) – no power

• Live-vehicle large (8x12m) – with power

If you do not arrive together and do not have the same plot type, we unfortunately cannot guarantee adjacent plots.
