Your ticket allows entry to Standon Calling festival 2018 for the named ticket holder in conjunction with valid ID and subject to event Terms and Conditions of entry.
The ticket holder must be aged 18 or above on 26th July 2018 or accompanied by another ticket holder over the age of 21. Unaccompanied under 18 ticket holders will not be allowed access to the event and will not be eligible for refund.
Your ticket allows weekend entry to the festival from 12:00 noon on Thursday 26th July if a weekend ticket or from 09:00 of the stated date if a day ticket.
If you are a Local or Regional ticket holder, the lead booker for your group will have their name printed on all of your group’s tickets. Please arrive with the lead booker who purchased tickets on your behalf to gain entry to the festival. Be careful not to print out duplicate tickets within your booking, as each ticket has a separate barcode to be scanned on entry.
We’re unable to offer refunds on tickets that are no longer required if you’re unable to attend. However you will be able to transfer the ticket to another person if you wish to pass your ticket on. Log in to your Universe account here, you will then be able to transfer your ticket by providing the new attendees name and email address.
Tickets purchased from Viagogo, Stub Hub, Seatwave or any other unauthorised secondary ticketing websites are NOT valid for entry. Standon Calling is not responsible for tickets that are purchased from secondary ticketing websites. Please contact your point of purchase to arrange a refund.

Friday 27th July: 09:00 – 23:00 (Car Park from 08:00 – 23:00)
Saturday 28th July: 09:00 – 23:00 (Car Park from 08:00 – 23:00)
Sunday 29th July: 09:00 – 23:00 (Car Park from 08:00 – 23:00)
Please note you may not be able to gain access if you arrive outside of these times. All campsites and car parks must be clear by 12:00 on Monday 30th July.
Entry and Alcohol Policy
Once your ticket has been exchanged for your personal wristband you can exit and enter the festival as many times as you’d like.
Please bring any alcohol to be consumed in the campsites with you the first time you enter the festival. If you need to bring alcohol in on a subsequent entry, please speak to a member of staff when you first enter via the gate and ask for a pass confirming you have not yet brought alcohol onto site.
Only Weekend ticket holders camping on site can bring alcohol into the festival. Personal alcohol must be consumed in the campsites.
The alcohol allowance per person for 2018 is either:
12 cans of beer/lager/cider OR
75cl of spirits in a plastic container OR
2.25 litre box of unopened wine.
N.B No glass allowed on site.
Standon Calling is a cashless festival. This means the wristband you wear across the weekend stores your spending money and is your single method of payment for everything. For full information on the cashless system, please visit the Standon Calling website.

Getting to Standon Calling
Standon Calling festival takes place in the grounds of Standon Lordship, in the village of Standon, Hertfordshire.
Use the postcode SG11 1EE if you’re driving. As you approach the site, be careful of narrow surrounding roads and follow AA road signs to festival parking. Book your car parking pass in advance here. You will need one pass per vehicle.
If you are arriving by train, Ware or Bishop’s Stortford are the closest stations. Shuttles are available from Tuned In Travel
Coaches are also available from London, Cambridge, St Albans, Hitchin and many other regional locations via Tuned In Travel.
We encourage you to cycle to the festival and a bike storage area will be available near the Main Gate. Please be aware bikes are stored at your own risk, please bring a lock.

Weekend tickets include camping in general, family or quiet camping on a first-come first-served basis from Thursday 26th July – Monday 30th July.
In the booking process you may have selected ‘yes’ for family camping. We use this information to anticipate the demand on space for family camping, however please be aware this is not a guarantee of a pitch in this campsite.

Bars and Cups
All bars at Standon Calling 2018 operate on Challenge 25. Although your wristband will indicate your age, please be aware you could still be asked to present ID at the bar before being served.
Pint and half pint measures are served in official Standon Calling cups. For licencing reasons we cannot serve drinks from our bars into any receptacles you provide. 2017 reusable cups can be used at the 2018 event.
Cups cost £2 the first time you buy a drink from any of bars. This is non-refundable and the cup is now yours. Look after it during your time with us and take it home as a souvenir of a great festival. If you lose your cup, you will have the buy a new one. You can swap your used cup for a new one free of charge at any time at any of our bars to be cleaned.
*NEW FOR 2018* Limited Edition War Child & Standon Calling reusable cup. We’ve been working with charity War Child for several years now and this is another way you can support their important work. War Child cups cost £2.50 to buy (available at all bars) with 50p going to War Child.
