Take a Breath
Breathe in…breath out… aaaand relax! Our Wild Wellbeing area has numerous activities to leave you feeling fully restored and rested. Take a pick from our yoga and meditation classes in the Wild Studio to reconnect you to your inner calm. Alternatively, our Wild Retreat has a selection of therapists who can help you go beyond the realm of relaxation. Whether you tap into the powers of sound healing or indulge in a massage, our fully trained therapists are guaranteed to take you to a new level of calm.
Have A Soak
We all know that festivals can be overwhelming at times, and what better way to unwind than in the beautiful wood burning hot tubs we have on offer? Our Wild Spa pass allows you time to soak away any stresses and even has a sauna accessible to you.
Try Something New
Step outside of your comfort zone and try something new in our Wild and Wellbeing area. Learning new skills has been proven to boost confidence levels and therefore have a great positive impact on your mental health! So, is it time for you to get to grips with the Cha Cha or make tote bag prints with your very own fingertips? Whatever you choose, all of our classes are available to you without having to spend a single penny – you really don’t have anything to lose!
Leave your inhibitions at the door and get ready for a good old laugh. In our Wild Studio, we have the magical phenomenon of laughter yoga which you can try. Be prepared to feel uplifted and energised all while giving those belly muscles a good stretch. Or, get ready to reconnect with your inner child by twirling and spinning yourself silly with our hula hoop tricks class. Our program is full of workshops which will give you the skills necessary to inject a little bit of fun into your everyday life.
Reconnect With Your Wild Side
Take a walk on the wild side – literally! We will be offering offsite Wild Walks, where you can learn to forage and be at one with the nature that is surrounding you. Plus, we have plenty of workshops in our Wild Den from fire-lighting skills to bushcraft first aid which will bring out your inner survivor. Go get ‘em tiger!
