5 reasons to bring the whole family to Standon Calling

1. Entertainment For All Ages

At Standon Calling you can expect a fun-filled plethora of daytime activities and performances for babies, kids and teens in dedicated spaces, as well as interwoven into the festival’s programming.

Whether it’s your first festival as a family, you’re trying Standon Calling for the first time, or you’re returning to party with us, we hope you have an amazing time together.

Alongside a dedicated family line up, there’s non-stop fun and games in the Kids Area with dance, theatre, circus, music, arts, crafts, sensory play and fire camp storytelling made for an unforgettable weekend with the family.

Take a look at the lovely photos in our Gallery to get a taste of what’s in store.

2. Mortimer Nannies Babysitting Service

Keepers of calm, Mortimer Nannies bring an experienced festival team of fun, creative Nannies and Assistants to host ‘stay up late’ sessions each evening in their cosy HQ. The Mortimer Tent will be cosily decked out with fairy lights, comfy snuggle pods and cushions so the children can snuggle down, listen to a story, play a board game by torchlight or watch a movie.

The Mortimer Team is comprised of fully qualified Nannies and DBS checked assistants. With generous adult:child ratios and decades of experience between them, you can feast, relax, pamper or party the night away, safe in the knowledge that your little ones are having an equally wonderful time.

3. Family Activites

We run lots of family activities that aren’t age exclusive so that everyone can get stuck in. From family yoga and craft workshops, to laser Tag and Woodland Tribe constructive play, the whole gang can have fun together.
